By submitting a support ticket request you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions: We review all new support ticket requests for free in the order they are received. Where work falls outside of an existing support agreement, fixed product/plan price or where our relationship is pay-as-you-go then we will reply with a cost estimate. Our standard rate is £85.00+vat per hour which we bill in minimum 15 minute increments. Our support team monitor our systems 24x7x365 however our normal office hours are Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00, if you require urgent support outside of office hours then we can sometimes offer either a priority support ticket rate or priority agreement. We reserve the right to refuse any work without reason, submitting a request here does not constitute our acceptance of the ticket submitted or the work requested.
